STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Atelier Cetona is located in a typical Tuscan villa 7 km from the village of Cetona. This beautiful corner of South-Tuscany lies on the border of Umbria in the province of Siena.
Our special summer classes take place in a typical farmhouse, located in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany, where you will draw and paint the wonderful landscape or you can project and bind your artistic book and create handmade paper, or you can do only relax and enjoy the wonderful country, you can do field trips with your fotocamera, last not least you will enjoy our kitchen.
We have chosen this place for our work, because in Cetona the natural landscape is carefully protected by strict bilding ordinances, which prohibits modern constructions, therefore in Cetona landscape and surroundings are completely intact.
Our courses of painting, drawing, bookbinding and paperworks are complemented by field trips with the sketchbook in hand. It’s also worth mentioning that close by are Montepulciano, Pienza, the lake Trasimeno and Arezzo, places which we will visit on field trips and will contribute to an unforgettable experience.
