The travertine portal, dated 1584, is surmounted by a terracotta lunette, representing “The Annunciation” by a XVIth century Tuscan artisan shop. The interior has a single nave with two lateral altars and the main altar, made of painted stucco in a Baroque style. The left altar hosts a sculptural group in painted stucco, representing “The Crucifixion” (first half of the XVIIIth century). The main altar , dated XVIIIth century, preserves “The Final Judgment” by Sienese School, dated first half of the XVIIIth century. In the left nave, there’s “The Resurrection of Lazarus” (1607) by the Sienese Flavio Amatori. In the presbytery ,there are a few fragments of mural paintings coming from the church of Saint Andrew in Castiglioncello del Trinoro and dating back to the first half of the XVth century.
