STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Our family has chosen to work in the countryside using the organic farming since over twenty years. We live in Val D’Orcia, the land of clays and gullies; a few steps away from Pienza, in a typical homestead on a hill surrounded by olive trees and ancient oaks. In this particular environment we try to share with our guests the taste for silence, simplicity and the sweetness of the country life, in terms of quality and rhythms.We would like to spread the organic farming culture: this means safeguard of the rural environment, respect for the natural life cycles and living beings, rejection of polluting substances and techniques, and appreciation for organic products with their simple yet high-quality taste.The number of guests our farmhouse can welcome is intentionally limited. This particular choice has been made in order to offer higher quality during the staying, intended as relax, tranquillity, and connection with nature. That’s why we have chosen to leave the outdoor spaces as natural as possible, rich in autochthon plants and trees. This will offer you a real connection with nature and environment.
